Dominique Shorter-Taylor, MA, BCBA
Dominique is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and completed her program ABA at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dominique also received her master’s degree in clinical psychology from National Louis University and her bachelor’s in psychology from South Carolina State University which is a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
Dominique has been working with adults and children with Autism and other intellectual disabilities for nearly 9 years. When she is not working, she enjoys spending precious quality time with her husband and sons, working out, attending church and disseminating benefits of the evidence base practices of ABA as a lifestyle to the under served population.
Areas of Expertise: Dominique specializes in working with individuals with dual diagnosis, staff and parent training, public speaking events, programming for generalization to natural settings, working with adults with intellectual disabilities in residential and day program settings, working with young adults on community integration and independent skills, working with children and teachers in a school settings, formulating and implementing individualized behavior programs.
